A regional retail bank wanted to reduce janitorial expenses for more than 30 branches without reducing service and while maintaining relationships with local community janitorial service providers.

Analysts looked at one month of supplier invoices and existing service contracts. Analysts considered the client’s service needs as well as their relationships with local community service providers. ERA then prepared detailed RFPs.

Analysts recommended that the client maintain existing vendors for some branches, but switch to new vendors in others. ERA then worked with the group of vendors to implement the new contract, and is monitoring compliance to ensure the maximum savings are realized.
