Looking at data from the GL, invoices and the incumbent vendor contract, analysts gained understanding of the client’s calling patterns and determined which suppliers might enhance the client’s service level and pricing.
Analysts captured the client's workflow and business processes and gathered input from key stakeholders. ERA then prepared RFPs from two companies.
